A full LMS rebuild from scratch. Custom stack: Next.js 15, Neon, Clerk, Cloudflare, Paystack.
The problem
Existing LMS platforms forced the school into workflows that didn't match how their cohorts actually run. The cost of customization was higher than the cost of building.
What we built
Cohort management, lesson delivery, assignments, payments, and admin dashboards. Auth scoped per role. Paystack for local payment, Cloudflare for global delivery.
Outcome
A school operating on infrastructure it owns end-to-end, with a roadmap it controls.
